An unfolding portrait -childhood, 2021

Absent Presence, Feminine Games, 1980 – “pink year” is a series of three polyptychs that form a composition of portraits of “the girls who are no longer there”—images of lost childhood, of the years of innocence. The works are based on photographs from family albums spanning three generations of women, placed within the same arc of space-time, tracing a play of temporalities and intertwined lives.
